Lives in Stockholm
As an artist, I am interested in the friction between intimate life and external progress along with shared cyclical conditions. To pose questions about our vulnerability and agency, how they shift and transfer through time. Working across media, such as moving image, sculpture, textile and installation. Blending elements of theater and visual art. My practice as a scenographer also connects to my interest in collective processes, communal live experiences and storytelling.
I am currently preparing for a solo show at Fringe Gallery in Vaasa, in the process of shooting a film by the fortress remnants of Bomarsund, Åland. In addition I am making the scenography for Sannningsland that will premiere in September at Teater Giljotin, and the costume design for a love story on a moving bus in Östergötland.
